What is Radio Yogi Health and Fitness?
Stephanie Gaines-Bryant has been a voice in the D-M-V (D.C., Maryland, Virginia) for nearly 20 years. Stephanie has worked as a news anchor/personality for several of the top five radio stations in the Washington market, including WHUR-FM, WMMJ-FM, and most recently, WTOP Radio.
The idea of Radio Yogi Health and Fitness was conceived out of Stephanie’s desire to make women more aware of the fitness options available to them such as yoga. Radio Yogi Health and Fitness combines her skills as a professional communicator with her love of fitness and wellness.

On October 3, 2013, The Training Source celebrated its 20th Anniversary with a sold-out event held at the Newton White Mansion. Stephanie Gaines-Bryant graced us with her dynamic, magnetic personality by serving as the Mistress of Ceremonies for the event. Unlike many emcees, Ms. Gaines-Bryant visited The Training Source, met with customers, staff, board members, and the event planning committee prior to the event so she could speak from her own experience rather than just from a prepared script. This made her facilitation even more remarkable as VIPs who weren’t on the program asked to make remarks and others on the program asked to be moved up or down on the program — all during the event! Her flexibility and resiliency helped the event to be a spectacular success. Post-event debriefing hailed Ms. Gaines-Bryant as a critical success factor for the event.
Take care and be blessed!
