Class Descriptions

All Level Pranakriya Yoga– This Hatha based practice focuses on breathing, postures and meditation. We believe the body is a container that should be made strong and secure. Our emphasis is on strengthening the body, mind and spirit while increasing flexibility and balance.

Vinyasa Flow– In our vinyasa flow classes, students coordinate movement and breathing as they flow from one pose to the next using specific sequences of postures. This strong practice promotes flexibility and strength, while building heat and mental focus.

Power Yoga– In this energetic class, students fluidly move from one pose to the next, connecting breath and movement. This vigorous practice incorporates cardio, balance, strength and flexibility and challenges students’ physical and mental stamina.

Yin Yoga– In this slow-paced practice, postures are held for longer periods of time. Yin yoga targets the deep connective tissues of the body. This passive practice involves a variety of seated and supine postures. It is great for people who are new to yoga or just returning to physical activity and people interested in a slower more contemplative practices.
